Process analyses & consultation
Piepenbrock process analysis involves the overall consideration of the maintenance with regard to its efficiency and sustainability. The aim of the analysis is to assess the quality and availability requirements to be realised in production as well as maintenance-specific flows with regard to performance or feasibility and to devise improvement potential in all areas. The available optimisation potential is backed up with specific implementation measures.
Basically, the procedure comprises the following measures: personal interviews with employees, inspection of systems and facilities, consideration of materials management, repair workshops and document management systems as well as the demonstration of maintenance-relevant systems. The strategic and organisational orientation and effectiveness of maintenance within the company is also examined as part of our process analysis.
