Low-Pressure Hot Cleaning
Low pressure combined with high temperatures yields optimal cleaning results—at least when it comes to machine cleaning using the low-pressure hot cleaning method.
The method has many advantages: It is gentle on your materials and also uses less water and cleaning chemicals than comparable methods. Furthermore, it is suitable for a variety of equipment.
From large machine tools and conveyor belts in the food industry to small-scale filter systems or components. And your business operations can continue uninterrupted. We simply perform the low-pressure hot cleaning process while you work.
Low-Pressure Foam Cleaning
The result is clean machinery. The process involves several steps:
- We remove coarse dirt manually.
- We pre-clean the machine with an alkaline cleaner.
- We apply the actual cleaning agent as foam to the soiled surface. This is done mechanically using nozzles. The agent takes effect within 20 minutes.
- We rinse off the foam along with the loosened dirt.
- Finally, we ensure a neutral pH value.
